Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

We will check after we got your item, we will notice you if we approved your return, and then a refund will send to your credit card. It might take few days before you got your refund on your account. Please be patient.

 

Damaged items:

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to paperarts3d@outlook.com. We will send you a new one once approved your proof.

 

Cancellations: 

 

Due to our fast fulfillment, we can not accept any cancellations after 24 hours, the item will be on the way.

Please send a mail to paperarts3d@outlook.com if you want to cancel your order within 24h. Thanks for your understanding!

 

Importance of correct address:

 

To make sure your oder will arrive fast, please input a valid and complete address with a correct phone number. And please check with your local post office once we have shipped your order with a tracking number. We will be responsible for any lost due to customers invalid address.
